Shipping, returns & refunds

Ordering

You can order up to 10 pieces per order on this site. Shops, teams and anyone ordering wholesale: message us on our Facebook page and we’ll prepare a quote.

Placing an order reserves your items. Each order gets a private order page where you can pay, see its status and get your tracking number. You can also find it any time under Track order.

Payment

• GCash / bank transfer: scan our InstaPay QR on your order page, pay the exact amount and send us the reference number. We check transfers within the day during shop hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Mon–Fri). Unpaid orders are held for 60 minutes, then released.
• Cash on delivery: pay the J&T rider in cash when your parcel arrives.

Shipping

• We ship nationwide with J&T Express from Cainta, Rizal. The shipping fee is calculated at checkout from your parcel’s weight and your province, using J&T’s rates.
• Same-day delivery: message us on Instagram or Facebook Messenger instead of ordering here. Once we confirm your order is paid and ready, you book a Grab or Lalamove to pick it up.
• Orders are packed within 1–2 days after payment (or right away for cash on delivery). Your J&T tracking number appears on your order page once it ships. Metro Manila deliveries usually take 1–3 days, provincial deliveries 3–7 days.

Cancellations

• Before paying, you can simply leave the order unpaid; it cancels itself and releases the items.
• Paid but not yet shipped: message us with your order number and we’ll cancel it and refund you in full.
• Once an order has shipped it can’t be cancelled, but you can return it (see below).
• Cash on delivery: please cancel with us before it ships instead of refusing the parcel. Refused parcels cost us two-way shipping, so repeat refusals may lose the cash-on-delivery option.

Returns & exchanges

• Defective, damaged or wrong item: tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos (an unboxing video helps a lot). We’ll replace it or refund you, and we cover the return shipping.
• We can’t take back parts that have been installed or ridden, tires and tubes that have been mounted, or custom builds made to your specs, unless they’re defective.
• Message us on our Facebook page with your order number before sending anything back.

Refunds

Refunds go back by GCash or bank transfer within 3–5 days after we receive and check the returned item. For a defective, damaged or wrong item, the original shipping fee is refunded too. Cancelled orders that were already paid are refunded in full.
